Paul Jacinto is a certified SAFe® Program Consultant and agile coach with over 10 years of experience facilitating Agile development for cross-functional teams. He has experience in E-commerce, SaaS, Cloud, travel, energy, and healthcare industries. As a corporate trainer in SAFe, he has trained teams and individuals in Agile methods and coached the transition to a SAFe delivery model. Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering and holds several certifications, including SAFe Program Consultant and SAFe Release Train Engineer.
He is skilled in value stream mapping, onboarding and training project managers, shifting leadership mindset, and translating complex processes into actionable items. Paul is also experienced in web services and engineering, including AWS proficiency with RESTful web services, Postman, SOAPUI, Swagger, Java, JavaScript, Python, Linux, and shell scripting. He has worked in private consulting, as an SAFe® Transformation Consultant, a Test Automation Engineer, an Agile Coach, and as a Software Developer.
